Project Management and Fundraising

Grant support and fundraising have proven to be among the most effective global practices for implementing cultural initiatives. In Ukraine, where the cultural sector traditionally relied on state subsidies, the transition toward competitive, diversified funding models is actively gaining momentum. This professional training course prepares hands-on specialists in cultural project management and fundraising. Students will learn to analyze and target relevant grant opportunities, craft compelling applications, draft comprehensive project budgets, effectively administer projects, and deliver rigorous final reporting to donors and partners.
